The agile environment must be based on respect, commitment, openness, courage. The members of the agile ecosystem must respect each other. The members must be highly committed to complete the work at hand, nothing else. Everything must be open, that include work progress information, challenges, productivity etc. The team members must be encouraged to be courageous enough to calculated risks.
