Is it mandatory to attend the 35 contact hours training from Authorised Training Partners (ATP) of PMI?

One can meet the criteria of 35 hours of instructor led training by any of the following;
- Courses conducted by Universities
- Courses conducted by PMI Chapters
- Courses conducted by the authorised training partners (ATP) of PMI
- Any other courses conducted by independent training providers covering the PMI course content with an end of the course assessment
