- Understand the basic definitions of Projects, Programs & Portfolios and also understand the linkages between these.
- Understand the project management lifecycle (process groups) of Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling & Closing.
- Understand the impact of factors like Enterprise Environmental Factors (EEF) and Organizational Process Assets (OPA) on projects.
- Understand the formal project initiation & the project charter in detail
- Learn to identify project stakeholders and to prioritize them based on their power and interest
- Understand the steps involved in requirements collection and scope definition
- Understand the purpose and the steps involved in decomposing the scope into the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Steps to be followed for each Iteration;

- Go through the Online lessons. Watch the videos carefully.
- Do the associated quizzes. This will ensure your understanding of the topic.
