Dilution of any one of these will result in failure despite having years of experience in project management. Having this in mind, we have structured the program into two modules;
- PMdistilled Project Management Foundation – This is an instructor led 20 hours training delivered at a mutually convenient schedule based on the PMdistilled Guide. Upon successful completion of this module, participants will have thorough knowledge about the key project management concepts.
- PMP Exam readiness module – Those who completes the PMdistilled Project Management Foundation module are given access to PMP Exam readiness module with emphasis on revising the concepts through on-demand video lessons & exam practice. At the end of this module participants are provided with 35 PDU Certificate which they can use while applying for the exam.
- The Instructor support is provided till the participants pass the PMP / CAPM exam or three months from the start date of the foundation program, whichever is earlier.
- The course material will be available to the participants for one year from the enrollment date.
