Sprint burn down after Day#4

The re-estimated balance effort required to complete the sprint is going above the ideal line. These kind of fluctuations are normal during the early sprints. The good news is that after some time these fluctuations will reduce, provided we eliminate the root causes. If someone ask me about the best benefit of agile, my answer would be ‘fast failures’. Fast failures are good, because it gives you more time to correct and recover. If this trend in the chart is happening on day#19, that is very dangerous. Since it is happening very early on the sprint, it can be easily recovered.
