Program Structure

This program is structured into four Sub-Programs;

  • Predictive Project Management (PPM) – The 13 modules of Predictive Project Management Introduces the participants to the Predictive Project Management during the first 5 weeks’ time. Reference: Project Management Body Of Knowledge
  • Agile Project Management (APM) – The 8 modules of Agile Project Management introduce the participant to Agile Project Management Best practices, and its applications within 3 weeks’ time.  Reference: Project Management Body of Knowledge
  • Hybrid Project Management (HPM) – The one module on Hybrid project management discusses about opportunities and ways of applying agile and predictive project management best practices within the same project.
  • PMP Exam focussed training – Covers the PMP Exam Content 2021 and Practice tests

Upon completion of these four programs comprising of 26 modules successfully within 10 weeks’ time and with a further two weeks exam practice, participants will be ready to appear for the PMP certification exam.

This is a highly flexible training. Once registered, the registration is valid for 1 year or your PMP certification, whichever is earlier.

Participants will have to plan for approximately 5 hours / week to complete this program in 10 weeks’ time.

  2. Do you provide the 35 contact hours training certificate which us mandatory for writing the PMP exam? Yes we do.
  3. Is it compulsory that only Authorized Training Providers (ATP) can conduct PMP preparatory programs? The answer is ‘No’. The following types of entities can conduct PMP preparatory programs and offer the 35 contact hours certificate. This includes;
